Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We want you to love your custom press-on nails! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. While we cannot accept returns on used or worn nails due to hygiene reasons, we are happy to help with any issues such as damaged items or shipping errors. Our goal is to make sure every customer feels confident and happy with their nails, so we’ll work with you to find a solution.
